The base of the Scentsy Plug-In Warmer is specifically designed to allow it to swivel in multiple directions so it can fit in any outlet configuration. The decorative top can be removed from the base; however, you do not need to remove it to change the wax.

To Change the Wax in the Plug-In Scentsy Warmers, turn the warmer on for 2-3 minutes to soften the wax, but DO NOT MELT THE WAX. Remove the soft wax and clean the warmer dish with a paper towel. Discard the wax if the fragrance is depleted and insert a new cube.

Only use 1 cube of your Scentsy Candle Bar in the Plug-Ins. More than one cube will cause the wax to overflow creating a mess. Each bar comes with 8 cubes, so a bar will last a long time with your Plug-In.
